Randy Capps - RIP
Clarence alumni ('72) Randy Capps passed away of natural causes on/about January 25, 2013. From the site of the funeral home, where you may go to leave condolences:

Randy was one of my better boyfriends in high school.I remeber double dating with his older sister to go see The Lion in Winter. He was always a southern gentleman...and he will be remebered fondly by me.
